I am trying to install the cores I downloaded from the Libretro site. But unfortunately I am clueless towards how I can install them outside of the core updater. I would like to know, how do I transfer the cores from a PC to an Android tablet via the USB cable? I really would like to know.
You would need root unless you change the directory setting to a non-root folder then place cores in that folder.
