I’ve never seen anything on the site so I thought I would ask if you guys have an emulator for it or are working on one?

I think he means Citra core. If so, it’ll probably happen at some point but there are others higher in the queue, like dolphin.

i know you can play original NDS games on your phone/tablet I didn’t know there were cores that worked for the 3DS

If I’m running Lakka on a PC, there is no way to add Citra manually?

No, lakka is just a pared-down linux distro that boots directly into RetroArch. You could try just running a vanilla linux and installing RetroArch and Citra side-by-side, however.
