I am starting again with a new clean installation and it is time to ask, if someone wants to share some tips.
Some console platforms have many cores alternatives. What cores would be recommended to use for this new release?

These are the cores I use for the following systems. As far as I am aware these are the most accurate.
NES/FDS: Nestopia-UE
SNES: BSNES Balanced
Master System/Mega Drive/CD: Genesis Plus GX
Saturn: Beetle Saturn
PSX: Beetle PSX
M64: Parallel
Gameboy: Gambatte
GBA: mGBA
Arcade: MAME (Latest)
MSX: BlueMSX
PC-Engine: Beetle SGX
