regards to retroarch 69 xbox one

thank you for creating retroarch 69 for xbox one none dev mode  but changing the directory’s to my external drive then updating the assets and other stuff. I see downloading then extracting. But none never went to the external drive.

If I have the asset folder default which is on the internal xbox drive, then update. The extracting works only default :frowning:

We’re not involved with any of the retail mode RetroArch releases. We can only support dev mode.

But isn’t RetroArch created from the RetroArch team? Dev mode RetroArch 69 is the same build. Besides this happens on the android as well. When I place the directorys on my micro sd which doesn’t update to the micro card.

in general, if you try to extract something and it doesn’t make it there, it’s usually a permissions issue. In Android 11+, the new “scoped storage” requirement from Google breaks RetroArch’s access to removable storage.

Oh this makes sense. Kinda like RetroArch 69 well dev mode. As those two are the same basically. I used android 7 galaxy… So the directorys which shows you can move to a new home from a pc. However through xbox or android you can’t. Maybe the team shouldn’t of had that option then for those.
