Removing .DS_Store files

While waiting for 1.2 on iOS, I decided to install 1.0.0.2.1 on my ipad. Manually installed via iFile and all is well, except…

In Cydia it says that Retroarch installed files to .DS_Store. Here’s a screenshot of the exact error:

I can easily remove the offending files if I knew where they’re located. Where are those files? Thanks!
