Rename one or some playlist

I have a set of neogeo roms but if I scan the folder it highlights 3 types of Arcade: Arcade Games (5), Mame 2003 Plus (20) and mame 2010 (80) with the correct screenshots. This subdivision is perhaps due to the name of the roms. Now I would like all the roms to be under a single playlist… is it possible to do this and if so how? Important Retroarch is on Firestick TV Android not on pc
