RetroAchievements behaviour altered in recent nightly

Hi all,

I’ve noticed in recent nightlies (certainly 20th/21st/22nd of June) that the way Retroarch reports RetroAchievements seems to have been changed in some way. They still pop up and sync with the RetroAchievements server, however rather than display the achievement name and then description, it instead displays a weblink as if its reporting the address of the achievement data itself. All other functionality seems to be in place, but I wondered if a recent commit had changed subtly how the OS displayed the achievement data.

I am playing on the 22/06/16 build of the Android executable at present, and cannot speak for other platforms.

Thanks for all your hard work!

I’ve noticed it this morning with the latest nightly from the nightly/testing PPA: 1.3.4+r382~42~ubuntu14.04.1

Same here with latest nightly (2016-06-27) on windows

opened a github issue, hopefully it’ll draw more attention to the problem than this overlooked thread.

Appears to have been fixed in most recent nightly (29/06/16) - thanks all!
