Retroarch 1.2 (July 4) Netplay Save State?

Hiya!

So, my friend and I love Retroarch’s ability to be able to play single player games “co-op” with the switch player input…we were just wondering if its possible to do save/load states as well online? We tried putting Network Commands set to ON, but nothing seems to work.

No, unfortunately the current neplay implementation doesn’t support savestates. There is a guy looking into adding a “laggy” implementation that would enable a lot of features like >2 players, savestates, use in more cores/platforms, etc.
