Retroarch 1.3.0 Mame Git core close on Windows

Hi,

Thanks a lot for the new stable version. The only problem I have is when I use Mame Git core. Its working good, until I want to close a game, or change game : when I do this, Retroarch close to Windows. Anybody encounter same issue ?
