Retroarch 1.3 Nvidia Shield Portable issues

  1. I’ve seem to have lost functionality of “Back as Menu toggle”. it’s definitely set to On, but it’s not working. This was working fine on 1.2.2.
  2. This version seems a lot more finnicky. I’ve been getting a lot of force closes since updating.
  3. Every time I restart RA, I keep getting the “Welcome” and “Extracting Assets” notice that pops up only when you first install RA.
