Retroarch 1.5.0 for iOS?

Hello, I’ve got iPhone SE with iOS 9.3 (semi jailbreak). The most recent version I can install is 1.3.6 as it’s the last version that is available as .deb file. Why newest versions aren’t available that way? only .app (which I cannot install). Anyway none newer version want to load (it crash on startup), even 1.3.6 from Cydia. I also can’t find 1.5.0 version in cydia. What’s wrong?

BTW. when dreamcast emulator will be available for iOS? as it was confirmed like a yer ago?

You can’t see the latest because is a nightly, is not yet a stable version. Once classified as stable it will show on the repo. .app files can be converted into .ipa draging it into iTunes library. And installed with cydia impactor or any other method that work with jailbreak. Dreamcast core, is not yet on developement but its on their plans. Im waiting that core too, hope it comes soon.

Hi, Thanks a lot for the explanation. The only thing I disagree is installing .ipa converted in iTunes. App to install .ipas says fail when trying to install such converted .ipa.

Yes, if you are jailbroken install appsync, if not, use cydia impactor. Remeber you need to put cores inside Modules folder before installing the app.

So, once you have the app file, look inside of it and place cores on modules then convert it to .ipa Then open cydia impactor, place your Apple id and password and that,s it.

There is no difference:/ it looks like whole .ipa is corrupted ('cause if cores are missing- they can be installed inside the app- if it will start):

Package: C:\RetroArch.ipa iFunBox App install: Failed (-402653126) Minimum iOS Version Required: iOS 9.0 App Name: RetroArch Price: … Date: … App ID: com.libretro.RetroArch9 Developer: … Display Supported: iPhone/iPod Touch, iPad Device Supported: …

Of course I’ve got app sync etc. the same happens when I install through filza.
