[RetroArch 3DS] Using the "content directory" for loading savestate and savefiles

The 3DS release with 1.3 is looking awesome, but there is one thing that I am having trouble with.

It seems that savestates and savefiles cannot be stored in the “content directory”, i.e. they cannot be stored in the same folder as the ROM which they are related to. This feature is available on other platforms, such as Linux and Android which I use, and it makes transporting ROMs with their savestates and savefiles really easy.

I’m pretty sure that this would be completely possible to do on 3DS, since the save directory can be changed, just not to the content directory.

I for one, would really appreciate this feature on the 3DS build of RetroArch.

P.S. You lot are bloody fantastic, RetroArch just keeps getting better and better and you show no sign of slowing down, I’m hyped for 1.4. Seriously, you guys are awesome.

What happens if you press “start” on the save directory setting?

You legend, I had no idea.

I actually changed the setting in the config file and replaced it on the SD card, but RetroArch froze during start-up, weird.

Thanks very much
