Retroarch Android NES core doesn’t work for me. The overlay comes as completely opaque. I can only see the screen though bits of the overlay.
Does anyone else have this problem? I have a Motorola Droid 3.

You can tweak the level of opacity (overlay) from within the Settings menu - at the ROM selection screen - right click on the topright icon, go to Settings, Input Settings.
No matter what opacity setting I pick it doesn’t work. The other cores work fine. It’s just NES that doesn’t work for me.

I think I know what he is talking about. I have the same problem on my tablet. It affects Nestopia, Gambatte and the mednafen cores. (It also affects QuickNES. I made a port of it to see if I could and got it to build and run but also had the same problem). At first I thought it was because of the cores not having -DFRONTEND_SUPPORTS_RGB565 but the mednafen cores have that so I’m not sure what the problem is.
The problem is that those games basically show up black, if part of the overlay is on the game screen, you can see a bit of the game, open up rgui and you can see the whole screen. sadly taking screenshots with android doesn’t show the problem.
