I don’t know if this would be possible but, currently when a FrontEnd such as ARC Browser starts RetroArch (which I assume is a command that passes the config file the core and the rom file) if RetroArch is already started it ignores any parameters. Can we perhaps have a feature where it does not ignore these commands and instead have like a pop up that says something along that lines as “GameA is currently playing. Would you like to exit and start GameB?” and the options would be like “Continue playing GameA” and “Exit GameA and Start GameB”
Currently the work around is have the back button on the Shield Controller to actually exit RetroArch which brings you back to ARC Browser but, what about scenarios where we never actually exited RetroArch and just pushed the home button to go to youtube or something else?
I personally believe this would be a good enhancement.
