RetroArch Crashes on Bi-Linear Setting Change

I finally got RetroArch working after I updated to version 1.7.8 and changed a few settings, but now it’s started acting up again. It started by not showing the PGXP options in Beetle PSX HW. Then RetroArch started showing briefly as just a flat window briefly, then disappearing. After resetting the configuration file to the defaults, the main window started appearing normally again, but RetroArch stopped resizing the window when starting an emulation window (it just kept the same size as the main window that started it) and started crashing when I tried to resize an emulation window. Now RetroArch crashes whenever I try to start Beetle GBA and the audio crackles when I run any core with any audio driver. Here are a few logs since the issues popped up.

Update: RetroArch now no longer shows the Disable Desktop Composition option in the main settings menu, and Beetle PSX HW now crashes at startup.
