Some options are just not available in RGUI. Things like core variants e.g FBalpha - neogeo CD loading.
This is enabling XMB to give you these options when using CRTSwitchRes.

That looks quite usable to me. Good stuff 
As you can see once a game is loaded then the menu is back to 240p. I want to detect the menu active and switch back to 480i smoothed and Visa Versa. This would be good for RGUI too as some resolutions it does not scale to well in.

Oh that is such good news. I love the XMB over RGUI, and I was sad I couldn’t really use it 'cause of the custom background and stuff. <3
