My RetroArch is in french, and it does not display special characters like “é”, “è”, “ê”, “ô”, “à”, etc. Is it possible to change the character encoding ?
Edit : this is also happening on Windows 10 actually.
Edit 2 : OK, it happens only with Vulkan ; I’ll open a new thread.
