RetroArch.exe has stopped working

So… 64-bit RetroArch works fine on my other 64-bit Windows 10 installs/computers, but I just can’t seem to get it running on my laptop. (Same thing, Windows 10 x64.) I just downloaded it; it’s not configured yet at all. Below, I pasted what retroarch_debug.exe --menu --verbose gave me, but it doesn’t look like much to go on.

Other steps I took:

[ul] [li]Downloaded Microsoft’s DirectX runtime due to .dll missing error [resolved] [/li][li]Updated video drivers (nVidia 560M) [/li][li]Tried RetroArch Jan 2 nightly, which also failed to launch, but didn’t give me any messages. [/li][/ul]

Where else should I be looking?

you probably do not have the proper drivers installed.

I mentioned that I just updated my video drivers… Care to expound on what constitutes “proper” drivers, if not that?
