A few seconds after start up, there is a momentary freeze and a older menu screen shot is shown, even the clock on windows goes back to the time where this screenshot was taken(?). All keys are frozen for few seconds. After that the menu goes back to present time and retroarch runs normally. Running in WIN 7 X64. I have attempt pretty much everything I know to trouble shoot, such as replacing config, updating cores, databases, changing drivers, etc. may the system be corrupted beyond repair? This is a nuisance.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
