Hi guys,
just like the topic name says I noticed when I play EUR region RetroArch NES / GENESIS ROMS on Nvidia Shield 2019 Pro I get this noticeable constant stutter.
If I play USA region - everything is great.
Any idea why its like that?
I’m from Europe playing on a lcd tv.
