We don’t currently have any Windows ARM builds, sorry. You’d have to build it yourself for now.

The easiest way would probably be via MSVC, but I’m not a Windows guy, so that’s about as much as I can tell you.
The easiest way would be to drop windows, install linux for ARM64 at least as dual boot.

Thank you for your advice. It’s not in my plan to dualboot this laptop. Why the retroarch team is not focus on ARM64 on windows… this is the future… (and the performance are good)
Windows is junk, it’s not the future by any means. It will be overrun by Linux, sooner or later. I mean Unix is everywhere already, in your phone etc. it’s just a matter of time to kill Windows for good.
My advice is dual boot, keep that OS as a reserve and invest time in Linux. Most of your problems will be solved. Performance won’t be any better too, it should be identical except if drivers on linux have some problems.
