How to setup memorycard on PS1 using Android and RetroArch?

It should create them automatically when you load a game. Each game has its own memory card, by default, I think.

Its not working, Where in emulator I can load the BIOS file?

You mean to mess with the memory card like a real console? If so, you can try loading the BIOS file as content (works for some cores, don’t know about this one) or you can try loading a music CD image.

If you mean “where do I put BIOS files” they go in your ‘system’ directory.
