Hi all, I’m on a Rasberry Pie model 2 and so far it has been really sweet- I’m basically just fine tuning things now and trying to get everything as perfect as possible.
One issue I’ve noticed is that FMV sequences in Playstation games are very choppy. I have 128 MB of memory dedicated to the GPU. Is it possible to get smooth FMV from the PSX emu on a Rasp pi 2?
Try a 256MB GPU RAM assignment.
Are you running games from a USB stick or the SD card? SD card performance is generally better.
Lastly, make sure you have the right BIOS for the region of games you’re playing. I always make sure to get U.S copies of games where possible to use with my U.S BIOS (also, some European games will crash emulators due to disk protection).
