Just saw the announcement for this core on twitter… on my way to try it out. Anyone else take it for a spin yet?
edit - I just played some Castlevania… no core options screen yet, but runs great.

I’ve used it some. I haven’t really felt a need for any core options so far. It passes accuracycoin 100% and works with runahead.

I just tried this one and sound is all messed up. Tried Akumajou Densetsu and the sound is tiny, same with Felix the Cat.
Sounds to me like it’s just doing raw sound without any low-pass filtering.
It does not seem to be just that. Launch Felix the Cat, you will notice “instruments” are missing immediately. Compare it with Mesen, instead of chords this other core is playing a single note.

It’s a very first release, so I’m sure there’s a bunch of stuff he is still working on.
