I can’t seem to figure out how to do NetPlay with the SameBoy core. I’d like to use it to link up different Pokemon games but the best I can seem to manage is two versions on a split screen. How do you get NetPlay to work in this scenario?
getting the two version on a split screen is halfway there. Just have someone else join the game and you’re netplaying. We don’t have any way to only show you one at a time.
Interesting, I originally tried TGB Dual as I wasn’t aware of any other core that could do this and it had the same split screen issue. However, with that core there’s an option for only one emulated system on the screen. The reason I switched to SameBoy as it can do different carts- which is needed for trading between games.
Is separate games on two different machines that can trade like this a possibility in the future? Thanks for the replies- it’s really appreciated.
