Hi! I have a retrogaming pad that has the same number of buttons as a SNES controller, so if I want to do a save state I need to put the keyboard near to me.
Is there a way to config the save state (and load state) as a key combo like “L+B”?

Sadly no. There is a modifier button (input_enable_hotkey) that allows you to do that (for example modifier + L to load). I guess you could assign it to select since it isn’t used too much…

Thank you for your reply, I think this is a big lack! Anyway I can workaround this problem using a Media Center remote controller that can give normal inputs to windows (for example the number buttons, volume up and down…) but it’s not detected from retroarch, even if windows recognize it as a second keyboard! Why?!
Or configure the toggle menu key button to a mouse button but I can’t!
