Is there any shader in retroarch that triggers scanlines in game when detecting a reported core resolution? i would like to know as i know that there is some shaders over mega bezel that do some things when detecting some reported core resolution and i would like to know if there is a version and standalone version for scanlines

the misc/interlacing shader shows static 1:1 scanlines on low-res stuff but at any res >400 px tall, it flickers them on/off every other frame to simulate an interlaced video stream.
