Screen Rotation has wrong effect on NEW3DS

I use FBA2012 core to play Guwange (CAVE’s STG). The default screen content is 90 degree rotated, and is displayed in a wrong aspect ratio. The game control also doesn’t comply with the screen rotation. When I rotate the screen, only the aspect ratio changes, the actual screen content does not rotate. Hope RetroArch can fix this issue by making screen content and game control follow the rotation. So some vertical STG can be played properly on NEW3DS. Thanks.

the game is in 240x320, hence the rotated screen but its not a full rectangle aspect like other shooters. Mame renders the same so this is probably the correct aspect.
