Sega CD game doesn't have audio

I had a problem, and I tried much ways and don’t find any solution.

The game that I tried to emulate is Sonic Megamix 5.0 and I am using the pico drive.

Did you use the .bin or .cue File?

Just as I find IF you use the .bin file the sound can not work

But it wasn’t the .bin file I was using the .cue file and nothing.

IF that only Game has not sound then might have a Bad Dump of that Game

I will check if only is that game, I will try the Sonic CD prototype.
