Is it posible to run retroarch in server 2012 R2… i cannot launch it…

Do you have directx 9.0c installed?

Unfortunately, Windows errors don’t tell us much. We’ll need a verbose RetroArch log (launch retroarch_debug.exe --menu --verbose from a command line and it will print any errors to the console window) to know more.
