Slowdown when a game is opened or when backing from menu

Hi all, I was digging up in the forums if someone had the same problem I’m having here.

Apart of what the title states, Retroarch is running great in my Xperia SP, I’m using it in a 40" TV, looks great! The only issue I’m having is that when I open a game or when I press menu button in-game and resume gameplay, it takes some seconds, 5 seconds to return to normal speed, it happens with all cores and all games. Is there something I can do or missed that could fix that?

PS: I’m using latest stable Retroarch 1.2.2 for Android, running it in a Xperia SP.

I’m not sure if that was the case, because I messed with Vsync and some other video option that didn’t affect what was already perfect before, but when I turned limit maximum speed off and on again, it seems that it corrected the problem, tried in some cores and now everything’s fine.
