SOLVED How do I add games not in RetroArchs database to playlists

I want to put my Metal Gear Solid M3U file in my PSX playlist, but I do not know how, as the database obviously doesn’t support M3U files.

Press F5 and manually add it to a playlist.

F5 doesn’t do anything when I press it.

Settings > User Interface

Make sure “Desktop Menu” is enabled and then look at:

Settings > Input > Hotkey Binds

“Desktop Menu toggle” is what activates it, F5 is the default.

What this does is bring up an alternative UI that gives you a desktop friendly way to make changes including for playlists.
