[Solved] How to solved gamepads conflict?

Hello, and sorry for my english…

I have 2 computers with archlinux, and 2 gamepads retrolink sega saturn lsusb gives

Bus 007 Device 002: ID 0079:0011 DragonRise Inc. Gamepad

on both machine, but for the first one, when I run retroarach, it says:

100%: Retrolink Sega Saturn USB GamePad configured in port #0

and it’s correct. But in the second one:

100%: Dragonrise generic playstation gamepad configured in port #0

It makes me crazy, I don’t understand why, I see other messages in this forum but I don’t understand what I have to do with cfg files and where I have to put them… I can’t easyly configure mapping on the second computer.

The easiest solution is to delete the conflicting autoconfig profile. Go to settings > directory and see what your autoconfig directory is set to, then go there and go into the udev subdirectory and delete the Dragonrise generic playstation cfg.

The problem is that companies will reuse their vid/pid on a bunch of different adapters and that makes it impossible for RetroArch to tell which is which.

Thank you, I will see it. I didn’t understand why it does not make the same work between 2 computers…
