Edit - I have fixed the issue for anyone else having this problem right click on the retroarch EXE and go to compatibility. Enable overide high dpi and set it to system enhanced. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that before. I am using a 4k monitor also.
Ever since i updated from 1.7.0 and even the latest 1.7.1 box art and thumbnails for playlists are really small. They dont scale up anymore or at least scale really down. I don’t know why. In older versions of retroarch they showed up nice and big. I never changed any settings since updating the app.
