I have spent most of the day scouring the internet and the config menus for a solution to this problem.
I am trying to play Star Ocean SS through RetroArch, but unfortunately I am greeted with a black screen whenever a FMV is scripted to play. This isn’t a problem for the first few hours of the game, as I just skipped through them and continued playing.
Now I am at a point where the FMV triggers, and halts the progress of the game. No ability to skip. The game just sits on a black screen forever.
Have verified the iso and used just about every combination of settings and cores that I could find. Any helpful advice would be welcome!
