Strange behavior of Crt-royale + Vulkan on new Geforce drivers

Shader began acting strangly after driver update. When a game (any core) starts with royale preset, it displays either extremely blurry, or extremely brightened, or just shredded picture. Going to shader->apply settings (without changing them) turns image back to normal. Changing driver to opengl fixes this, but I hope there is better way to fix this.

Unfortunately, if a driver update caused it, there’s not much we can do about it. Nvidia frequently screws up their Vulkan stuff.
