Swanstation not Loading on Windows 7/8

When I try to use it saying that Core can’t Load.

I was thinking it was because I am using Windows 7/8 or is it something else?

64 Bit Version I am using for Core and RA

Can you post a log? That may tell us more.

Needed to Install the Visual C++ redistributble

Tried the other Computer with Windows 7 and Have Same Error even after Installing the Visual C++ redistributable but windows is not Registered
