[Switch] Dr. Mario 64 config

Hi there. First time posting on this board, so please let me know if I posted in the wrong section, etc.

Running Dr. Mario 64 on Switch with Mupen64-next, and for the most part it seems to run okay. However, getting to the actual gameplay reveals the pills are actually invisible until they fall down, rendering (pun intended) the game basically unplayable.

I’m going to hazard a guess and say it could be an issue with layers/transparencies? Either way what setting would you recommend I try, and if it’s fixable for the foreseeable future?
