Texture filtering

I dont know if this is the correct place o ask this, but I give it a try anyway.

Is it possible to use texture filtering (the xbr one looks best I think) without it adding wierd tiles to pre-rendered backgrounds? I have a nice shader set up that looks great on pre-rendered psOne games, however 3d is not looking as good since I cant use texture filtering because it messes with the backgrounds. Alternatively, is it possible to simply remove a line in “super-4xbr-3d-pass0” - “super-4xbr-3d-pass3” to remove the 3d mask?
