Playing this game in the mednafen-psx core seems like turbo mode is on for all buttons. Even the d-pad, so the character spazzes out when walking left or right. I tried assigning a turbo key to turn it off, but that doesn’t work. With the same bin/cue in proper mednafen this behavior doesn’t happen.
