Hello. Thanks for reading my topic. In Settings \ Video \ Output has the option “threaded video” improve performance , but does latency and video stuttering. Using that option only does input latency and video stuttering ? Any other problem too ?

Threaded Video CAN improve performance under some circumstances, not in every case. As the documentation says https://docs.libretro.com/guides/troubleshooting-retroarch/#threaded-video , only use this when your video driver is under too much pressure and full speed cannot obtained otherwise. This option should be your last one to try, in such a case, as it can add input latency and makes V-Sync not work 100% correct anymore. Better try other ways to improve performance and set this option back to OFF if you don’t see any improvement.
