Undoing auto start

I installed a windows 98 game that required two cd’s. The first installs the game and the second has the campaign on it. I set the game to auto start under the first cd and now every time I want to play the campaign I need to go into the menu and switch discs.

Is there a way to either undo auto start, switch disks, and then reintroduce auto start or at least set the second disc up as the default disc to load?

I think if you create an m3u playlist for the discs, it should remember which disc you’re on.

It does with “Final Fantasy 7” for PlayStation 1 but it doesn’t for “Total Annihilation” for Windows.
