I think that no version of that commit is available for download as a core dll on windows.

I downloaded the game files on the scummvm simulator to work perfectly, have voice and BGM.

But use scummvm core (1.8.1 version) No Voice 。

What should I do？？？

In my case, I had to use a version of sound files with .SOU extension, instead of .so3 (MP3), .sog (Vorbis), or .sof (FLAC). All the Lucas Arts games who have voice files worked well with the uncompressed files.

Look if the folder of your game has a file named MONSTER.SOF. or MONSTER.SOG. The best you can do is to find a version of the original MONSTER.SOU file.
