Using GB cheats in RetroArch?

I post here because for two days I try to use the Gamesharks codes for “Pokemon Red” (on Game Boy) but impossible !

I follow this exemple but when i active my code, but nothing changes…

cheats = 1

cheat0_desc = “Infinite HP” cheat0_code = " 01FF16D0" cheat0_enable = true

Could someone help me, please ?
