Using the Venom PS3/PS4 USB Arcade Stick in RetroArch

Windows recognises it. RetroArch states ‘Joystick not configured’ when plugged in.

I think I am supposed to enter ‘User 1 Binds’ to calibrate a joystick.

User 1 Device Type: This is listed as ‘Retropad’. I’m not sure if this is correct.

User 1 Device Index: This appears to be correct as it is listed as ‘PS3/PS4 Arcade Joystick’.

Selecting ‘User 1 Bind All’ does nothing.

‘User 1’ individual calibration of joystick direction and buttons does nothing.

Any suggestions?

I would really appreciate an answer on this. At least some direction. Could it be Windows 10? It’s a step back…
