Video stuttering on all cores

Hi guys, I am using my msi gaming laptop with a i7 core (10th gen) and a invidia gtx 1650 Ti, 16 gb ram.

I connected my laptop on a 34" panasonic tv. While the windows games runs well, running retroarch (using any core) the video result with some very annoing stuttering lines, even in games tha are not so fast.

I tried to use vulcan as video driver, and I tried also to set my tv on “game” mode. I tried to low the refresh rate and even make it higher. None of this attempt changed anything.

Can you guys give me some advices on how remove this annoing stuttering?

Thanks

There is some kinds of reason for that reason the problem is happening. You can check out the article that might help to resolve the issue quickly. :+1:

If you have the “run-ahead” setting on in the latency menu, try turning it off. My games run perfectly, but if I turn that on it destroys my performance. Also, in video>syncronization set black frame insertion to zero. Those are the two main things that instantly give me lag.

edit Also… I just noticed you asked this question 16 days ago… sorry about that.
