Well I am on Holiday for a month but I tried 1.7.3 but Very Lagging when I try and use it.
So Wondering what version would work on my Laptop.

Okay. I try again but I try and get a Video of it Happening as there bit of Slow Down/Stuttering.
Even make take a Few Seconds to load up RetroArch when 1st going into Program
Hmm, dunno what to tell you there. There’s no general incompatibility that I know of with Win8 or your CPU/RAM.
Could Graphics Card make any Difference?

I am out at the Moment so can’t get Exact Name but I am Pretty Sure its a In-Built one on Motherboard
hmm, looks like it uses Atom graphics, which are terrible, but it shouldn’t be so bad as to prevent RA from even working properly…
Try setting your video driver to d3d9.
