From what I understand, RetroArch has its own database for each system and when you scan in the roms it compares the CRC data from the roms to the database and if they match the roms get imported. I was wondering where these databases are stored and if I can use them in clrmamepro to scan my roms first to see what I have that match before trying to scan them into RetroArch.
They’re all here: You should be able to use the DATs in ClrMAMEPro, yeah. We compile them to binary rdb files, which lets them scan faster but the repo has the raw DAT files, as well.
