How do I get the Text?
I downloaded the PPSSPP Files from Retroarch itself
Did you update PPSSPP too? The assets that include the font needs to be compatible with the version of PPSSPP, as far as I know. Process is described here: https://docs.libretro.com/library/ppsspp/#bios Either you download it easy with RetroArch Core System Files Downloader or you do it manually by downloading from Github as described in the link to the documentation.
Also check if RetroArch complaints about missing firmware files files at Settings > Core > Manage Cores > Sony - PlayStation Portable (PPSSPP):

Sorry about late update but I found that need to download the PSP Fonts and put in Fonts Folder and then re-update the System Core Files.
Then Updated afterwards and worked then
