Where is the L3 button on iOS

I recently downloaded the retroarch for my iPhone and started playing ape escape. However I can’t find the L3 button and am unable to pass the tutorial. Does anyone know where it is?

You’ll need an overlay that has it, such as the ‘retropad’ overlay.
